Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the company’s website rankings in search engine results, optimizing content, and executing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and visibility. You should have a solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytical tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research to identify high-value terms and opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search rankings.
- Monitor, track, and report on website performance and SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
- Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, meta tags, link-building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and suggest actions to resolve issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, broken links, etc.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and implement necessary adjustments to maintain or improve rankings.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are applied across content.
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and incorporate findings into the company’s strategy.
- Ensure that the website is mobile-friendly and adheres to the latest SEO standards for user experience and page speed optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Experience with on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for SEO implementations and basic web development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local SEO and optimizing for local search engine visibility.
- Experience with eCommerce SEO and optimizing product pages.
- Familiarity with technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl errors, and sitemap generation.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and setting up tracking goals.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies to support organic search performance.
Education & Experience:
1+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
