Graphic Designer (Motion & Adobe Expert)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with expertise in motion graphics and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visuals, animations, and videos for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling through motion, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design static and dynamic visual assets including banners, illustrations, icons, and logos.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into engaging visual designs.
• Use software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator to develop and refine designs.
• Produce high-quality, consistent designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts, storyboards, and prototypes for motion projects.
• Edit and enhance video footage, applying special effects, transitions, and audio.
• Stay updated with design trends, software, and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and static design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of motion design principles and animation techniques.
• Ability to work on video editing and apply special effects, transitions, and animations.
• Experience creating content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and develop designs that meet project goals.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of video compression formats and best practices for publishing online content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML5/CSS3 and how design translates to web development.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound editing for videos.
• Experience with motion tracking and visual effects.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on motion and video content creation.
